Fedirka Associates, Inc. (FAI) consists of dynamic independent business people, all of whom have had successful careers in corporate America as well as globally. Many have also owned and run their own operating companies. They are highly experienced senior-level practitioners with demonstrated track records of creating and producing value - both profit and revenue - for both successful as well as under-performing companies. Former CEOs, COOs and CFOs have comprehensive industry experience in Marketing, Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, Systems, Administration, Government Contracting, and Human Resources. In addition to making on-the-spot recommendations, they are often asked to implement them, including taking on active temporary roles within the company while searching for and selecting permanent replacements.
Our executives are also very experienced in all aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions including performing in-depth due diligence, creating offering memorandums and concluding with very successful negotiations with the buyer/seller. Mr. Fedirka founded Fedirka Associates, Inc. (FAI) in 1984. The company has been successful in providing services to numerous companies — from $1 million to $100 million in annual revenue — in a variety of manufacturing, distribution and service companies. Primary focus has been to enhance those companies bottom line profit for the owner(s) and assist in Merger and Acquisition (M&A) activities.
Mr. Fedirka served four years as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force where he performed as a Cost Analyst and then Cost Accounting Manager for the USAF Systems Command in Bedford, MA. He spent most of his time in the field reviewing and assisting Government contractors with Cost, Schedule and Control Systems (CSCSC) including: Boeing Aircraft, Raytheon, McDonnell Douglas, Bell Helicopter and others.
After serving his country, his business career spanned numerous companies including Textron, a multi-national conglomerate. While there, he served as Group Controller working in conjunction with Group Vice Presidents in both the management of subsidiaries as well as M&A activities of and within those subsidiaries at the Corporate offices in Providence, RI. Subsidiaries included companies like Spiedel Watchbands, Spencer Kellogg, Hydraulic Research, Bell Aerospace, Shaeffer Pen and others.
Roman has also held various executive positions in Finance, Operations, Procurement and Contracts with both public as well as private companies including: Kaman Aircraft (Bloomfied, CT), Boswell Oil (Cincinnati, OH), Dola International (Berwyn, PA) and Aeronca (Middletown, OH).
Roman graduated Magna Cum Laude from New York University (Stern School of Business) with an MBA in Marketing; received a B.S. in Management Science with Honors from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY; and graduated second in his class from Archbishop Stepinac High School in White Plains, NY.
